Something broke, or you're stuck? Email [email protected] and a person will answer, usually the same day.

Contact

Write to [email protected]. If it's about a link, include its URL, never its key.

Report a link

Use the report form, or email [email protected]. Links that break the terms come down.

Delete a link

Anonymous links delete themselves after 24 hours. To remove one sooner, have your agent send DELETE with the link's key, or ask it to use the delete_link tool. Links under your name stay until you delete them the same way.

Billing

Change or cancel Pro from Pricing, under Manage billing. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.

Privacy

Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at [email protected]. The privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.

Status

The API answers at api.hello.new/healthz.
