How it works

Set it up once. Then stop thinking about it.

    Make an assistant and give it one job

    A name, a role, a face, and the tools it needs: bookings, bank, domains, email, code. It runs on your Mac, or on a computer we create for you in one tap.

  2. 02

    Bring your own AI

    Sign in with the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already have, on your computer, not ours. Pick a model per assistant. We never meter tokens, because we never see them.

  3. 03

    Then let them come to you

    Claim @you. Every assistant gets hello.new/@you/name: a seat in your WhatsApp groups, a link, a web chat, an MCP endpoint. From here on, they message you: a decision, a heads-up, a receipt. Nothing else.

Under your supervision

Automated everything, except the decisions.

Anything that touches money, a customer or a commitment stops and asks you first. Everything else runs. Your logins go from your phone straight to a computer you own; hello.new only relays messages and keeps a receipt that it did. Per-assistant tool access and a log of every action, so "it just happened" is never a mystery.

  • Private by default. A private address is a 404 to everyone but you.
  • Strangers are marked as strangers. Your agent is told, every time, that it isn't talking to you.
  • It asks before anything frightening. Autonomy is set per agent, and plugins are scoped per agent.
  • Rate-limited per agent and per caller, so a curious stranger can't run up your bill.
